Call Centre Agent
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Channel Services department in Darlington as a Call Centre Agent on a permanent basis.
The role is responsible for providing efficient telephone service to ensure customer requests and queries are processed efficiently through the correct channel and in line with the agreed service levels and compliance standards.
The person We are looking for someone with substantial customer service experience who will be able to provide an efficient and professional telephone service so that enquiries can be processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will have some knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages including Word and Outlook. Previous Call Centre experience would be desirable but not essential.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will have the ability to multi-task and keep track of various activities whilst demonstrating a positive can-do attitude.
