La Fosse Associates specialises in recruiting technology, digital and change talent from top to bottom. We operate at all levels on a permanent, contract, interim and executive search basis. Founded in 2007, La Fosse Associates is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.
Values-led, we offer executive search and recruitment services, partnering with businesses to help scale their teams from the board down. Working with some of the world’s fastest growing tech-enabled businesses, we’ve discovered that the founders of these amazing companies generally agree on one thing: they all credit their ability to attract.
Assess and retain top talent as the defining feature of their success. Harnessing this insight, and our own experiences as a high-growth enterprise, we help companies who are scaling at pace with their people strategy. To learn about our history and values, hear from our Chairman and Founder, Simon La Fosse, on why he established La Fosse Associates.
We were built on the simple idea that treating people well isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a better way to do business. Everyone in our team has a slice of the equity, and this has helped to attract top talent, drive a great team ethic and establish a collective pride in being the best we can.
Our team of 150+ specialists and 60+ support staff work across four offices in the UK and North America, recruiting top talent on a permanent and contract basis, from the C-suite to middle management and technical roles.
