As part of an incredibly high-profile project that Capita are working on in partnership with the Royal Navy we are working to transform the way in which they deliver their training for staff at all levels. As part of this we are looking to redesign the accreditations that they work towards and for this we are looking to bring on board some Accreditation Research Analysts.
Within this role you would be working alongside colleagues within the Navy itself to understand the training and accreditations that they offer and how these act as drivers for the staff and how we can make the most of the training that we offer.

Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying the existing accreditation of the current courses
- Taking forward agreed accreditation options and undertaking a more detailed analysis of them to populate a business case for approval
What we’re looking for:
- Conducted analysis preferably mapping accreditation solutions to job roles and training courses.
- The ability to produce well written reports and business cases from provided templates which are accurate concise and contain all necessary information.
- Experience of engaging with stakeholders to carry out fact-finding activities.
- The ability to conduct high quality client-facing work building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ideally experience of serving in the military or experience of working with the military.
- SC Clearance or able to obtain SC Clearance.
