Job Description
complaints Manager work with people receiving services, their representatives and service providers to resolve concerns and make positive improvements for people receiving aged care using a range of complaint resolution techniques including early resolution, service provider resolution, conciliation and investigation.

Complaint managers play an integral part in the success of a company’s customer complaints handling processes. They can be call center representatives, sales personnel, IT support, and other kinds of employees who interact with customers.
Responsibilities

Assisting with generating new business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
